Santa Cruz, California. They bring a combined total of over 75 years of personal
injury law experience, highly knowledgeable and specialized in serious accident and
injury cases related to wrongful death, nursing home abuse, animal attacks, product
liability, auto accidents, big truck accidents, construction accidents, spinal cord
injuries, brain injuries, back injuries, and child sexual abuse. They are deeply

Harold Cartwright is a member of the California State Bar and has been in private
practice in Santa Cruz from 1974 to the present. He has thirty-two years experience
as a litigation attorney, including seven years as a police officer, five years as a
private investigator, and twenty-six years of civil litigation.

Dana Scruggs is recognized, by associates and opposing attorneys, as well as by the
judges who know him best, both for his effective representation and for his high
ethical standards. He is nationally recognized by Martindale-Hubbell as Preeminent
among his attorney peers. He vigorously represents people who have suffered
catastrophic personal injuries, the wrongful death of family members, or significant
financial losses. He has extensive experience in cases involving automobile crashes,
child sexual abuse, nursing home abuse of the elderly and dependent adults, and
products liability.

For the last twenty years, David Fulton has been representing accident victims in
disputes with insurance companies. Mr. Fulton is a passionate advocate for those
who have been injured through another's negligence or carelessness. He has
successfully tried and settled hundreds of cases ranging from automobile accident
victims to clients whose injuries have included quadriplegia and head trauma. Most
of Mr. Fulton's cases come through referrals from other attorneys. Mr. Fulton's
peers place their confidence in him to get the best possible results in the most
severe and complicated personal injury cases.

Laura B. Walther has been a member of the State Bar since 1997 and has been in
private practice since that time in Santa Cruz County. As a civil trial attorney,
Laura practices plaintiffs' personal injury law, civil rights and elder abuse
causes of action. In the nine years she has practiced law, Laura has settled cases
in excess of six million dollars.
